Whitewing x Ashfur

Made vastly popular after Squirrelflight's rejection of Ashfur, many fans believe Whitewing is the perfect solution to his broken heart. They are seen sharing tongues in The Sight, and Thornclaw, the Erin's other idea for a potential mate of Whitewing, is actually her uncle, which pretty much equals a no-go. Though there is a large age difference, it's very similar to Sorreltail and Brackenfur, proving that it is not impossible. Many fans believe that they would suit eachother well - Whitewing still carries the spunk that Ashfur admired in Squirrelflight, but she carries a more tender personality then Squirrelflight, and would get along well with the gentle Ashfur.

Ashfur and Whitewing were sharing tongues nearby. Ashfur's whiskers twitched with amusement as he overheard the apprentices talking. "You'd be wiser splitting up!" he called over. "On your own, you might just manage to surprise your prey, but the three of you clumping through the forest will scare everything from her to sun-drown-place!"

Whitewing poked him with her snowy paw. "Don't tease them, Ashfur!" she scolded. "You were an apprentice one. You must remember how tense you were about your first assessment."
