PERSONALITY

We only really see one side of Cloudstar - a stubborn, abandoned and hurt side when his Clan is banished. At that time he turns his back on StarClan and holds a long grudge against all of the Clancats. At the same time he is wise and faithful when he has unclouded judgment, and has an unending love for his mate.

HISTORY

FIRESTARS QUEST Listed as SkyClan leader: Cloudstar

Cloudstar is leader of SkyClan at the time of their banishment and must lead them to claim new lands. He decides to turn his back on StarClan when they allow his Clan to be abandoned and is crushed that he must leave his mate and all he has known only to watch his Clan disintegrate. He chooses Firestar - a cat without the blood of the Clans who had turned their backs on SkyClan to rebuild the lost Clan. In the end of the book he is touchingly reunited with his mate Birdflight and his kits - Gorseclaw and Spottedpelt.
