PHYSICAL

Brightheart was once a pretty ginger and white patched she-cat. When she was attacked by dogs, half of her face was torn off, leaving her with dreadful scars and only one emerald green eye.

PERSONALITY

Brightheart is a very kind and hard-working soul. She began as a bright apprentice, but her dreams of becoming a warrior were almost shattered when she was blinded on one eye-- it was her mate Cloudtail were restored her faith in herself and began to train with impaired sight. She showed courage and determination when working towards her goal, and recklessness that cost her the eye in before-hand. It is now, within ThunderClan with a daughter and a loving mate, that she has been restored to a kind and loving she-cat again.

HISTORY

Brightheart was a senior apprentice when her littermate Swiftpaw and herself, in an attempt to become warriors, sought out the dog pack in A Dangerous Path. The plan failed, and Brightpaw was seriously injured while Swiftpaw was ruthlessly killed. In her insanity, Bluestar gave Brightpaw the cruel warrior name of Lostface to send the apprentice to StarClan as a warrior. Thanks to Yellowfang, ThunderClan's medicine cat, Lostface survived her injuries, but was left with dreadful scars on half of her face-- and lost sight in one eye. Doomed it seemed to live a life with the Elder's, being unable to carry out normal duties with her new impaired vision. Her savior was Cloudtail, a white tom who had fallen in love with the once pretty she-cat. They trained together, working endlessly until Lostface learned to cope with the loss of half her sight. With new skills and abilities to compensate, Lostface earned a new warrior name-- Brightheart, and had one kit, Whitepaw, in The New Prophecy with Cloudtail.
