Fireheart and Graystripe set off from the camp and head up to the moors. They almost encounter a RiverClan hunting patrol, but they go undetected and continue the journey to WindClan camp to catch their scent. The camp is ravaged, and Graystripe is surprised that such a well-sheltered area could be breached. They don't have time to spare, so they head north, giving highstones (and Nightpelt) a wide berth. They come to the edge of WindClan territory, where they meet a Thunderpath. WindClan's scent indicates that they crossed it.
